Degree-qualified nutritionist. Root-cause thinker. Someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to be dismissed.

Meet Rachel

I see what others miss

I became a nutritionist because I spent years being told I was fine - while feeling anything but.

My approach blends evidence-based nutritional science with a genuinely holistic lens. That means I don't just look at what you're eating. I look at everything: your stress levels, your nervous system, your sleep, your cycle, your environment, and the patterns hiding in your symptoms that standard testing often misses.

I'm deeply analytical by nature. I look for the connections that don't always show up in a 10-minute GP appointment and if you've ever left a doctor's office with "normal" results and zero answers, that's exactly where I do my best work.

My goal isn't to hand you a plan and send you on your way. It's to help you actually understand your body so you can make informed choices long after our work together ends.

My story

I spent most of my teens, twenties, and early thirties living in a body that didn't feel right.

Hormonal chaos. Persistent skin issues. A gut that was constantly unhappy. Fatigue that didn't make sense. I went to so many doctor's appointments over the years and walked away from almost every one being told my results were normal and that I was fine. I wasn't fine. And I knew it.

After spending my twenties in human resources - including 18 months living in Toronto - I made the decision to go back to university and study nutritional science. It was during that process that everything finally clicked. I discovered I had SIBO, non-coeliac gluten intolerance, leaky gut, oestrogen dominance, and several nutritional deficiencies that had been quietly affecting my health for years.

Working on healing my gut changed my life. I felt better than I had in over a decade and I became completely certain about why I was doing this.

Too many women are living in bodies they don't feel at home in. Exhausted, bloated, dismissed, and told it's just getting older or just stress. I don't believe that's good enough. And I built my practice around proving it doesn't have to be that way.

How we can work together.

Why work with Rachel?

I hold a Bachelor of Nutritional Science - and I've navigated my own complex health journey. That combination means I understand both the clinical picture and what it genuinely feels like to be unwell, dismissed, and searching for answers.

Degree-qualified & lived experience.

I'm naturally analytical and look for patterns, connections & causes that don't always surface in standard testing. I also look beyond food - to movement, stress, sleep, nervous system & environment because health is bigger than your diet.

I see what others miss

Every recommendation I make comes with a why. My goal is to give you the knowledge to make informed choices long after our work together ends - not just a plan to follow blindly, but a genuine understanding of what your body needs and why.

I want you to understand your own body

I make evidence-informed nutrition genuinely accessible and practical - with a consistency-over-perfection approach that creates real, compounding progress without crash protocols or all-or-nothing thinking.

Sustainable, realistic & built around you
