Degree-qualified nutritionist. Root-cause thinker. Someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to be dismissed.
Meet Rachel
I see what others miss
I became a nutritionist because I spent years being told I was fine - while feeling anything but.
My approach blends evidence-based nutritional science with a genuinely holistic lens. That means I don't just look at what you're eating. I look at everything: your stress levels, your nervous system, your sleep, your cycle, your environment, and the patterns hiding in your symptoms that standard testing often misses.
I'm deeply analytical by nature. I look for the connections that don't always show up in a 10-minute GP appointment and if you've ever left a doctor's office with "normal" results and zero answers, that's exactly where I do my best work.
My goal isn't to hand you a plan and send you on your way. It's to help you actually understand your body so you can make informed choices long after our work together ends.
My story
I spent most of my teens, twenties, and early thirties living in a body that didn't feel right.
Hormonal chaos. Persistent skin issues. A gut that was constantly unhappy. Fatigue that didn't make sense. I went to so many doctor's appointments over the years and walked away from almost every one being told my results were normal and that I was fine. I wasn't fine. And I knew it.
After spending my twenties in human resources - including 18 months living in Toronto - I made the decision to go back to university and study nutritional science. It was during that process that everything finally clicked. I discovered I had SIBO, non-coeliac gluten intolerance, leaky gut, oestrogen dominance, and several nutritional deficiencies that had been quietly affecting my health for years.
Working on healing my gut changed my life. I felt better than I had in over a decade and I became completely certain about why I was doing this.
Too many women are living in bodies they don't feel at home in. Exhausted, bloated, dismissed, and told it's just getting older or just stress. I don't believe that's good enough. And I built my practice around proving it doesn't have to be that way.
How we can work together.

The Comprehensive Wellness Consultation is a deep-dive 1:1 session designed for women who are ready to stop guessing and start understanding what's actually going on in their body.
Before we even meet, I'll review your full health history, symptoms, goals, and food diary in detail so our time together is spent connecting the dots, not gathering basic information.
This isn't a generic nutrition appointment. It's a thorough, root-cause exploration of your health that looks beyond standard testing to uncover the patterns and drivers behind how you're feeling.
You'll leave with a comprehensive, personalised wellness plan that covers nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and functional testing recommendations where appropriate along with the clarity and confidence to actually move forward.
Best for: new clients, or returning clients who haven't had a consultation in the past 6 months. Commonly sought for hormonal imbalances, gut health, fatigue, skin concerns, blood sugar regulation, and nervous system support.

Real, lasting change doesn't happen in a single session and this is where the momentum builds.
Follow-up consultations are for existing clients who are ready to go deeper, review progress, and refine their plan based on what's actually happening in their body right now. Whether we're reviewing functional testing results, adjusting your nutrition strategy, updating supplement recommendations, or troubleshooting what's not quite clicking - these sessions are where the real work compounds.
Your health is constantly shifting, and your plan should shift with it. Follow-ups ensure that what we've built together continues to evolve as you do.
Available to existing clients within 6 months of their initial consultation. Ideal for reviewing functional testing results, refining your personalised wellness plan, and maintaining momentum on your health journey.

Why work with Rachel?
I hold a Bachelor of Nutritional Science - and I've navigated my own complex health journey. That combination means I understand both the clinical picture and what it genuinely feels like to be unwell, dismissed, and searching for answers.
Degree-qualified & lived experience.
I'm naturally analytical and look for patterns, connections & causes that don't always surface in standard testing. I also look beyond food - to movement, stress, sleep, nervous system & environment because health is bigger than your diet.
I see what others miss
Every recommendation I make comes with a why. My goal is to give you the knowledge to make informed choices long after our work together ends - not just a plan to follow blindly, but a genuine understanding of what your body needs and why.
I want you to understand your own body
I make evidence-informed nutrition genuinely accessible and practical - with a consistency-over-perfection approach that creates real, compounding progress without crash protocols or all-or-nothing thinking.
