This is more than a one-hour consultation. Before we meet, I'll review your health history, symptoms, goals, and food diary in depth - so that when we sit down together, we can spend our time connecting the dots and building a plan that's genuinely tailored to what's happening in your body.

  • 60-minute 1:1 nutrition consultation

  • Comprehensive personalised wellness plan covering nutrition, supplements, lifestyle strategies, and functional testing recommendations where appropriate

  • Clear next steps so you can move forward with confidence - not confusion

Follow-Up Consultation

$180. 45 minutes.

For existing clients within 6 months of their initial consultation.

Your health isn't static & your plan shouldn't be either.

Follow-up consultations are where the real momentum builds. Once your initial plan is in place, we use this time to review how you're feeling, go deeper into any functional testing results, and refine your nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle strategies based on what's actually happening in your body right now.

This is where patterns become clearer, adjustments get made, and progress starts to compound.

  • Review of any functional testing results or new symptoms

  • Refinement of your personalised wellness plan

  • Updated supplement & nutrition recommendations

  • Ongoing support and accountability to keep you moving forward

  • Hormonal health (PMOS, endometriosis, thyroid, PMS/PMDD, cycle health), gut issues and bloating, skin health from within, energy and fatigue, blood sugar regulation, and nervous system support.

    My approach is holistic, so I look at the full picture - not just nutrition in isolation.

  • Absolutely. Nutritional support works well alongside conventional care, and I'm always happy to complement what your existing healthcare team is doing.

    Some of my clients take medication and work with me at the same time - that's completely welcome here.

  • No — you don't need any testing before we meet. If you have previous blood work or results, bring them along and we'll review them together as part of your assessment.

    Where relevant, I may recommend functional testing to get a clearer picture of what's happening inside your body. This could include pathology, gut health testing, or hormone testing - depending on your symptoms and health history.

    Some testing can be requested through your GP at little to no cost, while other specialised functional tests are available at an additional cost.

    Any recommendations will always be explained clearly, with the reasoning behind them, so you can make an informed decision about what's right for you.

    Nothing is ever recommended without a clear clinical reason and testing is always optional, never a prerequisite for working together.

  • It varies depending on your symptoms, history, and goals - but most clients start noticing meaningful changes within 4–8 weeks of implementing their plan consistently.

  • If appropriate, I'll recommend practitioner-grade supplements that are genuinely relevant to your case - always tailored to your needs and with your budget in mind. Nothing is prescribed without a clear reason.
