One-on-one sessions

  • Initial Consultation

    Our initial session is where we do a deep dive into your medical history, current nutrition, and lifestyle. It includes:

    - Pre-consultation form review (symptoms, medical history, goals + 3–5 day food/mood/movement diary review)

    - 60-minute 1:1 consult

    - A customised, comprehensive wellness roadmap - including nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and functional testing recommendations.

  • Follow-up consultations

    This is our chance to check in on how you're feeling, review any test results, and refine your plan to keep things moving in the right direction. We'll adjust supplements, fine-tune your nutrition, and make sure your next steps are aligned with your goals - so you can keep feeling better, with clarity and support along the way.
