    Work with me in a one-off consultation where we do a deep dive into your medical history, current nutrition, and lifestyle. It includes:

    - Pre-consultation form review (symptoms, medical history, goals + 3–5 day food/mood/movement diary review)

    - 60-minute 1:1 consult

    - A customised, comprehensive wellness roadmap - including nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and functional testing recommendations.
